Casa Marina Beach

Casa Marina Beach

Casa Marina beach is an iconic resort beach in Sosua, mostly visited by tourists staying at the resorts around it; as this is the third beach in size and importance of Sosua – perhaps a blessing in disguise. Casa Marina Reef and Beach are the two resorts closer to this gorgeous piece of paradise.

A secluded Sosua Beach

The Casa Marina beach has an extension of 133.94 m (439.44 ft); it features the golden sand found in most beaches of the North Coast, and the beautiful crystal clear waters. it is seldom crowded, except perhaps when the resort has busy weekends.

The beach public access offers the right side for visitors, though most people would rather visit Sosua or Alicia beaches because there is more amenities unless you are staying in the Casa Marina resorts. If you like all-inclusive resorts, it is a good option with a prime location in town.

This beach is easily reachable on foot, just take the Alejo Martinez street and turn down David Stern street, it is right at the end. The public entrance is an alley between the Sosua by the Sea hotel and a private condo building to the left. Nearby Snorkeling reefs such as the Sosua Three Rocks are fantastic places to see the local marine life.

Three Rocks Sosua aerial view
The Sosua Three Rocks is not far from Casa Marina Beach.

Other resorts near this beach also offer great rates and lodging, we used the video of the Casa Marina beach because it sits directly on this particular piece of beach (and has good reviews). Sitting between Alicia and Imbert beach, this is a great alternate beach to try when visiting Sosua and exploring its many beaches.

Catamaran and Sosua yacht charters sail along this beach when on the way to the Imbert beach and Three Rocks snorkel reefs. Some reefs near the beach can be reached without a boat, just make sure you are experienced in open water snorkeling, as it gets deeper after a few meters.
